Pick the movements, set up the phone, and the app guides the client through each one. You get one combined report at the end.
Front-view movements run first, then side-view, so the client only turns once.
Rear is sharper. Front lets the client see themselves. You can switch lens on the next screen — the widest lens needs the least room.
High is more precise but slower to process. Use it on a laptop or a recent phone.
The report shows how clearly each joint was visible. Anything unclear is marked “coach to confirm” instead of being scored wrongly.

Rest for a moment. Analysis runs while the client catches their breath.
You don't need to wait — anything unfinished is analysed at the end.
The client can sit down. This usually takes a minute or two.
